In Andover, a Special Event is defined as any significant activity that occurs upon public or private property that affects the ordinary use of parks, fields, buildings, public streets, right-of-way or sidewalks. Special events may include festivals, fairs, concerts, running or bicycle races, charity events, home or garden shows, neighborhood block parties, sporting events, carnivals, etc.
Please review the event guidelines below and complete the special event application form. Please note that block parties have a separate application.
