Town Manager

Responsibilities

The Town Manager is appointed by the Select Board for a five year term. The Town Manager serves as the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Fiscal Officer, and Chief Personnel Officer of the Town of Andover. The Town Manager appoints and supervises all employees, and is responsible for overseeing all services and operations of the Town of Andover.

Mission Statement

To implement the policies established by the Select Board, to provide the overall administration to the Town’s municipal organization, and to foster continuous improvement and customer focused services and programs.
