Car Seats Installed for Residents
For assistance with child safety seat installation, please call 978-623-3701  to make an appointment with one of our technicians

Fingerprinting
The Department will fingerprint residents only for a fee of $10 for two print cards. Please call the Detective Division at 978-623-3550 to make an appointment.

Resident House Checks
Are you going away on vacation? Come into the Public Safety Center and fill out a Residential House Check form and the Officer assigned to your area will periodically check the perimeter of your property. See also our Burglary Basics (PDF).

Bicycle Registrations
For a $1 fee, residents can register their bicycle with the Department. A registration sticker is placed on the frame of your bicycle. In the event it is stolen, the sticker serves as an indicator to notify the Andover Police Department. The Department also maintains a database of all the registered bicycles and their descriptive information.

Notary Service
There is a Notary available at the station during regular working hours, Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. for a fee of $1.25.
