TOWN RESOURCES:

The Outreach Team at Elder Services

Consultations are available by phone or in-person.

The team provides resource and referral services, case management and crisis intervention both at the Robb Center and/or at the homes of those in need.   Answers to questions regarding transportation, housing, access to Meals on Wheels, assistance with applying for a range of local, state and/or federal benefits and referrals to community-based professionals are just a few of the social services available at the Center.
